To the me in the past~

Hello sweeties <3

This week was totally busy and I couldn't even do half of the things I wanted to do ^^" For example I wanted to do a post/video about my latest haul and didn't have the time for that...well, better busy than having nothing to do, right? ;)

Anyways, today I was browsing through old pictures on facebook and was transported back in time...and as it happens every so often with me I was thinking about the dreams and hopes I was holding some years ago - and do you know what I noticed? They haven't changed...on the contrary they grew stronger and stronger. Usually while growing older, you tend to realize that some dreams might be "improbable" or even "impossible" but for me, with every day, month and year I grow older I get the feeling that I am one step closer to my dreams...funny isn't it?

I can't even believe that both pictures are the same person *hahaha* And I don't only mean how I look ;) 6 years ago I wouldn't have imagined wearing "flashy" clothes like that. I was absolutely insecure and I thought the spotlight belonged to other people. I wanted to be a cute princess in a pastel world BUT I held myself back from doing the things I really wanted and it took my 6 years to slowly realize that the only person able to change myself into the princess I adored and make my dreams come true is myself. So I decided, no more hiding - I am gonna live my life to the fullest without regrets :3

Have a nice evening my dearies <3

Sometimes the world is a wonderful place~

Hello sweeties <3

I am still recovering from all the Christmas food but still want to write something about the meeting with a dear friend from my highschool days :3 Everytime I am meeting with her I instantely feel transported back in time - memories I already have forgotten are coming back and I am turning 18 again x"D Well, not that any other day in my life is different though.

Follow your dreams!

Hello sweeties <3

"Follow your dreams!" - That is an easy and also great thing to say but there are not many people really following their dreams. When we are young most of us are full of dreams and we still believe that every one of those dreams is possible. We believe that we can be a princess, a superhero or a superstar. But, lets face it, growing older we learn so much more about the world and we already got our hopes broken for what feels like a million times and thus we stop dreaming those big sparkling dreams. We are afraid that if we dream big we also might fall very very deep. And hey, truth is, this might happen more often than we hope for. Thus we tend to make our dreams shrink...until we are certain that we can achieve them and hey, if not it won't hurt as much, right? Well, I think this is rather sad because, yeah, we might fall harder if we dream bigger but in the end making our dreams smaller only not to get hurt is like betraying the most important person in your life - yourself!

I know damn well that my dreams are totally outrageous sometimes and if I would tell people they would send me to a psychic ward without further notice...but does that keep me from having and believing in them? No! Because at times if you feel like you are all alone in this world and nobody seems to have a care for you to spare those dreams are the only thing keeping you from giving up. I have to admit that I am to big of a coward at the moment to set things in motion and realize one of my biggest dreams...the wall I created for many years now is still too big to just jump over...but I am not giving up just because of this obstacle. I just know that for me (and everyone else who believes) there is something big waiting at the end of the lane - we just have to fight for it!

So never give up even though it seems impossible to go on at times!

Stop Dreaming and grow up...

...NEVER! If growing up means giving up my precious dreams I rather stay immature and childish forever than grow up and lose my dreams, that the rest of the world might deem childish, unrealizable and immature.

However small or big, realistic or unrealistic you think your dreams might be - don't stop chasing after them! There might even be a chance that at the end of your life you will not be able to realize every dream you had but in the end when you look back at your life and what you did you can be full of regrets that you didn't try OR you can look at your life and say "Yep, I did the best with what I had!" and be proud of what you reached. So, whatever age you are, whatever status in life you possess at the moment, if you really believe in your dreams and yourself you can be everything :) You can either give up without trying or be a superhero, right? ^^b

The possibilities you have are the possibilities you take for yourself. If you don't take a leap of faith once in a while nothing changes...you are the one changing yourself, your future and your possibilities - don't rely on others to give you opportunities!

When will I be a "real" princess?

Hello sweeties <3

Recently I am feeling really sad pretty often. Well, at the moment I am not really satisfied with parts of my life and I'd rather be and do something entirely different...in my mind I already am travelling so many places, opening my own cafe, working at a chocolate factory, meeting my prince in shining armor - having many many dreams...only thing that I am still missing is courage to pursue those dreams ^^" Stepping out into the world wearing Lolita was a huge step for me and I think it gave me confidence...but changing my life entirely to get closer to my dreams is so much more than I can handle at the moment.

Sometimes I really just want to step out, take that leap of faith, have confidence in myself...but in the end I am to much of a coward *sighs* Do you also have times like this? You are not satisfied but to afraid to change something? I hope I can overcome my fear someday and get all my dreams realized~I don't only want to be a "princess" on weekends...I want to be myself the whole time, without worrying what my colleagues or other people might think of my hobby.

JSK: Perfume Bottle by Metamorphose (I am so in love with it <3) I received the dress on Tuesday - it is a dream come true~
Blouse: ebay
Shoes: Lovelyshoes
Headbow: Metamorphose
Wig: Lockshop

I wish everyone of you a nice evening and never stop pursuing your dreams <3 I will also do my best to be the person I want to be~

Pastel Lady of the Lake ;)

Hello sweeties <3

*sighs* I am sad that my long weekend is over. On Friday I went to Tegernsee to help Vanilla with her preparations for her birthday party and well, also see my favourite place in Germany again xD When I arrived we first went to have some Indian food and I was totally impressed by the taste. I think I really like indian food *haha* Later we went to the supermarket to buy all the neccessary things and soon after we reached Vanillas place we started to prepare everything for Saturday...we had so much fun even though not everything came out as planned xD

Japan Day 13 - Odaiba and Tokyo City Hall

Good Evening sweeties <3

Tadaaa~ last post of my Japantrip...and it is kinda sad ^^" But well, as I told you in my last post I already have some other posts planned out ^^v So, on our last day in Japan we went to the Joypolis Gamecenter in Odaiba, I finally saw the Fuji TV building (Digimon Fans will understand me ;D) and I got the chance to see Tokyo from above at the city hall in Shinjuku~ We also went to Ikebukuro to get me some Boyslove *hehehe* It was a really great finish for our trip <3 <3 <3

Found the Cheshire Cat in Odaiba *hihi*

Japan Day 12 - Asakusa

Hello sweeties <3

We are nearly finished ;) Only 2 days left to report about *sad face* But I have other posts planned so don't worry you won't be stuck with me rambling about Japan forever. There is still a favourites post, some reviews and a Con report waiting for you *haha* ^^" But first things first ;) On day 12 of our Japantrip we went to Asakusa to get trampled by all the tourists X.x Seriousely the Kaminarimon in Asakusa is the most frequented sight in all of Japan...well, except for the Kinkakuji maybe. After seeing the shrine that this time wasn't rebuild we soon went to see the Hanayashiki amusement park - the oldest and tiniest amusement park in Japan. It was like diving into Wonderland...so cute and somewhat twisted at the same time *hahaha* If you ever visit Tokyo you definitely have to go there *O* Later we went to Asakusa Kitchen Town and I finally found the appropriate Bentoboxes for Schelli <3 In the evening our little group split up and I went to Tokyo station to buy some books...well, at first I got lost in Akiba and than I went to Tokyo station xD

Japan Day 11 - A Lolitas Dream

Hello sweeties <3

Only 3 days of my Japanreport left...I hope you aren't bored yet ^^" Well, on day 11 we finally had our shopping day *yay* and I was able to wear the things I bought at the Baby-store in Fukuoka *w00t* But before we started our shopping spree we went to Mitsukoshi to get some deluxe breakfast xD As some of you might know Mitsukoshi is Japans very own Harrods ;) I bought some sandwiches and some delicous fruis tiramisu *om nom nom* After Mitsukoshi we went to Yoyogi Park and had a rather windy breakfast...our stuff nearly was blown away xD" With full stomachs we started in Harajuku and stopped at every Lolita store. At Closet Child I found one of my dream dresses *yay* Later we went to Shinjuku to visit the Closet Child there and have some sweets at the Alice Cafe...we found both stores and I also bought Sugar Pansy at Closet Child BUT the Alice Cafe was already closing down...and it only was 3 pm O.o" A little bit disappointed we went back to Harajuku and had some amazing Parfait at Cafe Noa <3

Day 10 - Trainride to Tokyo / Akiba & Roppongi Hills

Hello sweeties <3

Day 10 of our Japantrip wasn't that interesting as we went back from Fukuoka to Tokyo via train and this took us nearly the whole day. After arriving at our hotel in Asakusa we showered and decided to take a detour to Akiba and later have something to eat at Roppongi Hills. Akiba was as loud and colorful as I remember it and Roppongi Hills was...well...kinda empty O.o It is such a big complex and there were only few people around...and this was kinda creepy imo xD"

Japan Day 9 - Dazaifu

Hello sweeties <3

Sorry for the short break but I was really busy with work and preparing for Hanami that I did not come around to post about my Japantrip ^^" Sorry *bows* Well, where were we? So, it is Day 9, we only had 5 days left, we were still enjoying our time in Fukuoka but actually had no plan what to do next *haha* So we spontaneousely decided to visit Dazaifu, a town full of historic sites near Fukuoka...that I never actually heard of and was pleasently surprised about :) But have a look <3
The bull is the heraldic animal of the famous Dazaifu Tenman-gu.

Japan Day 8 - Fukuoka

Hello sweeties <3

It is time for day 8 and another portion of my superb *coughs* English xDD Recently I feel my English is degenerating *haha* ^^" But well, Day 8 (Sunday, April 14th) started really slow as we only planned to visit Ohori Park and do some shopping. The weather was really great, we had 25 °C and the sun was shining...we really enjoyed our walk in the park although we didn't find it at first ^-^"""
While searching for Ohori Park we found this nice place <3

Japan Day 7 - Mountainclimbing at Miyajima

Hello sweeties <3

Here comes day 7....so halftime on our trip and it was again time to go further south ;) But before we took our train to Fukuoka we made a stop at Miyajima to see the famous red Tôri and climb the mountain to enjoy the great view from up high ^^b It was just breathtaking...although it was more than dangerous to climb up there xD The stairs were really...erm, interesting and innovative. But we made it up in one piece ^^v
The famous Tôri...we were lucky enough with the tides and could even stand beneath it ^^v

Japan Day 6 - Hiroshima

Hello sweeties <3

The picture is made out of origami cranes and says peace. There are so many origami cranes everywhere in the park as a prayer that atomic warfare and war itself will stop. Even school classes from other countries put their folded cranes there.

Japan Day 5 - Killerdeer in Nara

Hello sweeties <3

Sorry for the wait but my weekend was really packed and I didn't have the energy to do a proper post but here is day 5 of my Japan tripe where I roamed around in Nara. To my shame I have to say that before that I only went to Nara once during my exchange year even though I was living in the Nara prefecture...I feel ashamed but only a little xD The first thing you notice about Nara, besides the temples and shrines, that most of the time are being rebuild are the deer...they are everywhere and if you have food they follow you around till the end of the world...so it seems xD If you don't have food and want them to follow you around, no problem, you can buy deer cracker at nearly every corner. And as I thought "wooo, I want to feed them, they are soooo cute!" I bought some crackers...and even though they look cute with their big brown eyes they are Rambo in disguise O.O At first there were only 2, than 3 and later I was chased by a whole flock...seriousely, to get food they bite your backpack, jacket and even stomp on your feet X.x Anyways, I still really like Nara...even with the hordes of tourists and deer xD

Japan Day 4 - Red Tôri everywhere...

Hello sweeties <3

...and without further talking here is day 4. We already decided that we did not want to do so much because the last two days were so hard on our feet and so we went to Fushimi Inari...and in my memory it wasn't so hard to climb up there BUT the last time I went there we only went halfway ^^" Boy, was I wrong! This time we went all the way up and at some points we thought that there cannot be more red tôri...but they kept on coming xD Well, the scenery was gorgeous and we enjoyed every step of the way...still, sometimes we really doubted ourselves if we took a wrong turn to Tôri-Wonderland or something ^^" Anyways, we also decided on a plan to get rich *haha* As all the red Tôri are some kind of goodluck charm to get you wealth and they come in many sizes we decided to start small and later get bigger tori for bigger money...problem is, in the end we didn't buy one of the small souvinir-tôri *ehehehe*
After coming back from the "mountains" we went to have Kaiten Sushi...and it was sooooo delicious. Nothing compared to the sushi you can get in Germany X.x To conclude the day we went to the Sky Building in Osaka and enjoyed the view...and also my quest for love began as I bought my first Omikuji (fortune paper) and prayed at the shrine xD"

Japan Day 3 - Kyoto my love

Hello sweeties <3

And I finally sorted out the pictures for Day 3 *hahaha* Although work was not that busy this week I didn't come around doing much in the evening...maybe I am far more jetlagged than I thought I'd be xD" Well, here goes Day 3 <3

Japan Day 2 - Kaiyûkan and Osaka Castle

Hello sweeties <3

After our first day in Japan that was made up of waiting, going by train, waiting some more and riding the train again on the 2nd day we went to the Aquarium in Osaka, visited the castle and went to Amemura to do some shopping. Yep, that day was totally packed with stuff and our feet hurt like hell in the evening but it was totally worth it.
The first souvenirs found their way into my pocket :3 I love Japanese Combini...every country should have them ;)

Japan Day 1 - Namba here I come :3

Hello sweeties <3

Finally I was able to sort out the pictures for Day 1 and 2 *haha* So here we go with my Japan report ;) As you know our flight left Frankfurt on April 6th and after 12 looooong hours we arrived in Narita in the morning of April 7th. There we took our first picture in front of the "Welcome to Japan"-sign...as every good tourist should *haha* We were really really exhausted.
Than we had to wait in line to get inside the country for around 90 minutes...I actually don't really remember but it was loooong X.x After this hurdle was taken we had to get our Japan Railpasses...and again we had to wait pretty long *sighs* Finally finished we had to take the slow train to get to Tokyo as the Narita Express was cancelled because of "strong winds"...we were starting to doubt our luck at that time xD
