Yeeehaaaa~ not another month since my last post *muahahahaha* Even though at the moment I don't think that my life is to interesting for most people I want to try to take care of my blog some more in the future....but the thing is recently I was only thinking about what would be interesting for people to read or see and forgot the most important thing of all: the things I want to write about :) Who cares if nobody wants to read them? I created this blog to share my memories and opinions with the world...sure, it is nice if people read them but is it important? Not really~ So, from now on I will write about just teh random things I encounter *ngahahahahaha* Well, at least I try to *hahahahaha*
That said...I might have found some new obsessions regarding TV-shows lately >>" Not that I am already watching millions of anime and other series...but you can never have enough fandoms, right? RIGHT? x"D
Today marks the start of another challenge for me! This time I challenge myself to NOT buy anymore showergels for the next 6 months...probably? And now you might ask why? Well, over the last year I accumulated waaaaaay to many shower gels >>" *points down*
I really love buying new showergels because I am absolutely obsessed with new scents in my shower but as you can see it really went out of hand x"D Over 20 showergels for only one person is...stupid xD
...yeah, well, I am a bit slow in that matter. The show is back on since April already but as I had so many things going on the last months I absolutely didn't notice until 2 days ago XD Already watched all the new episodes and am up to date *ngahahaha* Love the show as much as ever *-* And just wanted to ramble about it here...so bear with me ;) Also Gray is as AWESOME as ever...and I really came to love Gajeel during the last episodes :3
After watching 2 seasons of this totally awesome show within 1 week I thought it was time to talk about it. You might have already figured out that I am totally obsessed with this show. Although the show is from 2004 it still has one hell of a story and I am not actually really sure why they cancelled it after onle three seasons >.<
Some of you might already have watched it but for the ones who haven't yet here a short overview ;) The show centers around a high school girl Veronica Mars, who lives in Neptune, a city where the middle class doesn't exist - you only have the totally rich and the poor. After the murder of her best friend her life of luxury and happiness is suddenly over, her dad who was the former sheriff gets degraded and has to makes ends meet as a private investigator and Veronica is helping him out with his jobs. This way she not only meets interesting people but also gets closer to finding out who the murderer of her best friend is.
The setting is really different to other crime shows and the characters are all really well rounded - even though sometimes a bit over the top. I love the dialouges and the humor - and I especially love Kristen Bell *O*
Started watching the 3rd season just yesterday and can't wait to see the movie - so if you haven't watched that show yet I highly recommend that you start watching it now :3
Today I want to talk about one of my many many addictions - handcreams!
Even though I already have loads and loads of handcreams I can't stop myself from buying even more. Especially when there is a Limited Edition I have to at least buy one back-up ^^" Does anyone of you have the same problem? x"D
This is my collection at the moment...after I gave away at least half of it...yep, I nearly had 20 different handcreams at my disposal...but hey, this is not as bad as my showergel "collection"...if you want to see that I can also show it to you *hahaha*
Cake Snow Woman in the scent Vanilla - I received this in a swap from Canada and love the scent to death. Unfortunately it was a limited edition and we don't have the brand in Germany T^T
Essence 24h hand protection balm in Caramel Hot Chocolate (2012 LE), Gingerbread Chai Latte (2012 LE) and Banana Dark Chocolate (2013 LE) - I love Christmasy and chocolate scents and couldn't resist getting all of the different scents...but after thinking a long time I decided I only have two hands and gave the rest away as presents ^^"
Balea Limited Edition Raspberry - I don't even know why I bought this one...maybe the package, maybe because it was limited...love the scent though as it is really fruity :3
Alessandro Christmas Time - this I didn't buy myself because it was in a Glossybox...but now I want the fullsize T^T
Nougat Nurturing Hand Cream in Peony - also from a Glossybox...not my favourite scent but it is indeed nurturing.
Caudalie Paris Hand and Nail Cream - not in the picture as I am taking this one everywhere with me. My absolute favourite at the moment...although it is a bit expensive. It is so nurturing and makes your hands feel soft for at least half a day...maybe I am exaggerating but it really feels that way *hahaha* And did I mention taht it smells heavenly? :3

After all those Fashion and Make-Up posts it is time for something else ;) At the moment I am totally addicted to TV shows from the US. I already watched the whole Lost series in only one month and now I am watching yet another show from the same writers. It is called Once upon a time and as the name suggests it is about fairy tales but with a twist as all fairy tale characters are cursed to live in another world from their own without knowing who they are - they lost their happy endings. So far I watched 8 episodes and I am totally hooked.
I also like that the stereotypical characters from the fairy tales get a deeper story and you even get to understand the villains side. *thumbs up* I give 5 of 5 stars for is show :)

Have I ever told you about another of my great obsessions? (I know, I know...I have thousends of those xD) But anyways, I was just watching an interesting documentary (although pretty over dramatic at points) and thought I could write something about one of my favourite topics ever - Vampires <3
My obsession started with the movie "Interview with a Vampire". I loved Tom Cruise as Lestat (although there is another person more suited for that role ;D) and as soon as I heard that the movie was based on a book I was hooked on the subject. I soon started to absorb all the books from the Vampire Chronicles and totally fell in love with Lestat, Armand and all the other illustrous creatures from the books. But what exactly kept me so hooked to all the vampire stories? Because it didn't stop with only Anne Rice's books *hihi* Well the actual vampire from the legends isn't something to fall in love with - bloodthirsty, cruel, without a soul, a creature from hell BUT the vampires Anne Rice, and Bram Stoker before her, created received a soul. They are now not mere creatures aout of horror stories to scare people the have a romantic and mysterious flair around them. Those vampires make you long for a dark and eternal life. You want them to take you with themm into this mysterious life, away from what is normal...and sometimes boring. And hey, the point that they are all really handsome makes you long for their eternal love even more xDD So, rather than a prince in shining armour I want to be taken away by a mysterious vampire ;)

But I have to say that my love for Vampires stops at "Twilight" (Yes, I admit I read the books, so I know what I am talking about :P)...whart Anne Rice, Bram Stoker and other great authors did for the modern myth of the Vampire Twilight destroyed so fast, you couldn't even blink...in my opinion anyways. In my opinion Edward is a lame copy of Louis du Point du Lac. Louis really was haunted by being a Vampire but he knew he can never escape as he wasn't able to end the life he so much despised. Well, not only Louis was haunted by his existance, every one of the vampires from the chronicles was. I think the stories of how they cope (or don't) are so much more "believable" than Twilight...everything revolves around Mary Sue, wait, I mean Bella. It is not really shown that vampires really ARE monsters. Rice and Stoker constantly remind you of that fact but still you can't hate those "creatures" as they are tormented...you love them but also know that they mean death to every human. So, sorry to say that but for me the Twilight "Vampires" are just a lame excuse for a vampire. I know, I know, I said it before, real "real" vampires are ugly, hideous and evil creatures that our out for blood and don't have much resemblance to humans. The ancient myths and lore are not so "nice" like the books I love so much. This dark romance was created in the 19th century when those kind of stories were en vogue.

You see, I am really absolutely totally obsessed with vampires - the eternal life, the dark romance, the mysterious world they embody. I am in now way able to write something objective about that topic *hahaha* So, if you got the time you could watch the documentary. As I said before it is rather over the top and over dramatic but there are some interesting things in it nonetheless (unfortunately I only found the german version oft it ^^" But there should be an english one out there as well...I suppose xD")
