Happy Ending Story - Metamorphose temps de Filles

I was contemplating for a rather long time if I should post about this print or not. I think it is already out for some time but I wasn't sure if I liked it or not. Well, the theme is right up my alley but the look was something else...for one it is a darker print and until two weeks ago I thought dark prints don't suit me at all XD Now that I made up my mind I decided it is time to give my 5 cents to this print ;)

 The print comes in three colorways and tells the story of the ugly little duckling turning into a beautiful swan hence the name Happy Ending Story. I really love that story as it directly speaks to my soul ;) As a teenager most of us don't feel to pretty but with time we transform into a beautiful swan...I think it is pretty much a story about self-esteem :) But anyways, back to the print. At first I didn't really like it because there are so many frame prints out there at the moment but what it made interesting for me is the style of the 1st JSK and the OP...I think it is really unique :) If I had to decide I would probably go for the 1st JSK in the blue colorway :3

 You can also get Berrets, Wristcuffs and Socks to your dresses but well, I am not a fan of wristcuffs and the bows look as if a small kif made them, so I am a little disappointed there ^^" I love the socks though, they are really cute in my opinion :)

So, what do you think about that print? Yay or Nay? Would you buy it?

I am in love with Modcloth~

Some months ago I heard about modcloth.com for the first time on various blogs but never really looked at the homepage itself as I thought the clothes etc would be to expensive for me but some days ago a friend of mine posted about the Sale that is going on right now on the homepage and I had another look at all the nice clothes...and as it always goes when I see a sale I had to order something. At first I was a little bit hesitant about ordering there as the shop is located in the US and I was affraid that the shipping costs would kill me but I "only" had to pay ariound 20 USD shipping from the US to Germany. Well, compared to shipping within Europe it still is expensive but in my opinion it was worth it :) But I think most of all you want to know what items I ordered...so here you go~ [All the following pictures are taken from the modcloth-homepage - Links to the items are posted below ^.^]

 The Ethereal Thing Dress - This one remimds me of the ballet. Also the colors are directly taken from the rainbow :3 I think this dress is a modcloth exclusive ^^v

Since You Been Bonn - This dress reminded me of the Bavaria and the mountains...a really rustic dress from the brand Blutsgeschwister. Wanted to try something from that brand for a prettyb long time and this dress was a steal :3 I already have a Co-Ord in mind and can't wait to receive my order ^O^

 O Sparkly One Earrings - They called my name and I had to order them...I think they will be a perfect match to both dresses above but also to the dresses I already have in my closet :3

Display of Sunshine Necklace - a dear friend said taht it reminded her of Sailor Moon...and I have to agree. And as a big Sailor Moon Fan I couldn't leave the necklace in the shop xD

 Countryside by Side Blouse - I was looking for a blouse in mint for forever and modcloth heard my prayer *hahaha* I love the ruffles and can't wait to combine it with my dresses ^.^

I hope the items won't take to long to reach my place so I can play around with different Co-Ords and write a real review about my experience with Modcloth~

Swan Lake in the jungle~

Good Morning sweeties <3

Saturday was our monthly meet-up...and actually we had planned to go to the fairytale forest near Nuremberg but as the weather made people not wanna attend such kind of meet-up we changed plans and went to the botanical garden in Erlangen instead. At the beginning it was raining pretty badly and we had to take refuge in the green house where we took some pictures while sweating ourselves to death *haha* The results are pretty nice though. Emilie was able to get the camera from koo-chan's boyfriend and she did really well *hugs*

 

Emilie took so many great pictures <3 I really like the contrast between the light colors of my dress and the dark green of the "jungle" :)

After some time the sun also did show her face and we were able to stroll through the botanical garden and take some more pictures.

Exhausted from all the posing we went to Mireo to have some cake...unfortunately we could only stay there for one hour as there was a private party later in the evening so we went to do some shopping and also found some nice things for cute Vanilla's birthday ;)

In the evening Emilie, Milky Rose and myself went to the cinema to watch The Great Gatsby. It was definitely not what I expected but it was worth the watch, Although I would have preferred the movie in 2D and English ^^" I loved the costumes and I still think that men should wear suits like that even now *sighs* They would look so much more handsome *hahaha*

Swan Lake - Le Lac de Cygnes

Hello sweeties <3

I think it is time that I spoke about my love for the story of Odette who turned into a swan and met her prince. Sounds pretty crazy, right? But this is actually one of my favourite fairytales of all time. Whenever there is an adaption on TV, may it be the anime version, the ballet or even the Barbie version, I have to watch it. I loved the anime Kaleido Star because in the second season they performed a version of Swan Lake *haha* Hopefully I will get the chance to see the Russian state ballet performing it <3 Because the only real version of Swan Lake is dome by the Russion State Ballet...well, thats probably just my opinion *hahaha* But anyways, there are not only movies and a ballet about the story, there are even dresses for Lolitas to wear...and lucky me now posesses two dresses with this motif.

 As you know I received th Swan Lake JSK from Metamorphose from my dear friends as a birthday present <3 I also reserved the Pas de Deux in the Blue Moon Odette JSK from Baby at Closet Child and I will hopefully receive it next month :3

 

 The Meta JSK is a transformation wonder :3 You can take off the sleeves, the front part and all the bows and it looks like a totally different dress ;) And the print is so gorgeous~

 The details of the Baby JSK are so nice <3 And the print is really delicate...can't wait to receive that dress *_*

Totally love that show...started watching it in March and well, ended watching it in March...was totally hooked on it~

Fairy Tail *O* Sadly for now episode 175 is the last one as the anime caught up to the manga T^T But I think stopping here for now instead of putting in fillers is far better...would be weird to have fillers now anyways O.o Btw. love the song "Against Magic"

Strawberries in every form xD as soon as I spotted the first ones at the grocery store I HAD to get some~

My favourite outfit this month :3 Although it was just something rather makeshift I really liked it <3

My castle ;)

Hello sweeties <3

Finally some time to update you on my Sunday xD As I already wrote I visited castle Ludwigsburg with my collegues and we had a special tour through the rooms with a chambermaid ;) Although some years ago I already took part in a regular tour this time around it was way more exciting as the chambermaid told us some "secrets" about her majesty *hihi* If you ever get the chance to visit Ludwigsburg I highly recommend you take one of the special tours as they are a lot of fun and the guides really take you to another era in time :) Unfortunately it was not really possible for my phone to take decent pictures inside the castle >.< I seriousely need a new camera. Do you have any recommendations for a not so expensive camera? Well, anyways, I took some pictures outside the castle for you, so here you go :)

 I think Ludwigsburg castle is one of the most beautiful castles in Germany <3

Hunting lodge Favorit...only 5 minutes away from the castle. It is really cute xD

Part of the 19th century garden with the ruin called "Emichsburg"...in the 19th century it was really en vogue to build fake ruins into your garden as the people thought it to be romantic :)

Actually I was thinking of wearing Lolita but as it was pretty cold I decided against it XD

雪の王女 - Snow Queen

Hello cuties <3

Did you already see Baby's new print? It is so gorgeous and ready for reservation starting September 14th...unfortunately not for me as I promised myself not to buy a dress until the end of the year *haha* But the print and theme is just to lovely to pass it by without saying anything about it ;)

As a child and now still I loved the fairytale of the snow queen and the print really shows the "spirit" of this story. I think for a theme like that the lighter and "colder" colors are the best...really makes you feel like the Snow Queen *hehehe*

These accessories are so cute :3 The muff-thingy is so great for a really cold winter in Saint Petersburg :3
